Since the Screen4 module can accept up to four video signals, and each of these signals could be running at a different frame rate, a 'Sync' signal is required to tell Screen4 when it should update the screen. A sync ref signal will need to be connected here before any video can be viewed.

Description
Given four video inputs, will display each of the video signals on-screen on the HECTOR machine within a single window. The video outputS allow each video signal to be fed through after being displayed, so they can be used elsewhere. Note that this output method is primarily designed as a preview window that should not interfere with the operation of a video signal. Therefore, if the video signal frame rate is operating faster than the screen output can handle, it will tend to drop frames on the screen output, whilst allowing the correct number of frames to feed through on the video out.
